Smoothness typically lasts three to six weeks, depending on your hair growth cycle and care. Regular waxing can slow regrowth and produce finer hair over time. Results vary by individual and hormone levels.
Most clients report a brief sting during removal, not prolonged pain. We use numbing techniques, calming oils, and experienced estheticians to reduce discomfort. Communicate with your esthetician for adjustments and a better experience.
Exfoliate gently two to three days before the appointment and avoid heavy lotions on the day. Let hair grow about a quarter to half inch for best adhesion. Arrive clean and wear comfortable clothing.
Avoid hot baths, saunas, swimming pools, and tight clothing for 24 to 48 hours. Use a soothing aloe or post-wax lotion, avoid exfoliating immediately, and keep the area clean. Exfoliate gently after 3–5 days.
Hair should be about a quarter to half an inch long—roughly five to twelve millimeters—so wax can grip properly. If too short, reschedule; if too long, we'll trim before waxing.
Certain medications (retinoids, Accutane), recent sunburn, active infections, or open wounds may prevent waxing. Inform us about medical conditions and medications during booking. Our estheticians will advise alternatives or postpone the appointment.
