Les Ciseaux is special from the minute you walk in the door. Annie at the front desk is warm, kind, and makes everyone feel welcome.
Paola does a great dazzle dry manicure that is completely dry in 5 minutes and has my nails and cuticles looking so clean!
I just saw Sachi for a root touch up and blow dry. The color was perfect and just what I needed for a perfect refresh! Most of all, Sachi took my fine hair and made it look full! My bangs covered part of my forehead perfectly just like I asked her to do, and my hair looked naturally beautiful when she was done and I felt like a million bucks!

My husband and I had fantastic massages from Kelly & Eda last week while visiting Sarasota. Our resort, Lido Key Beach Resort, recommended Les Ciseaux, which encouraged me to make appts. I had googled spas in the area and Les Ciseaux has mostly pictures of the salon which didn't look like what I wanted. I'm so glad I took the resort's rec because it was just perfect! very comfortable quaint relaxation area-clean and modern. I get massages every 4 weeks and Kelly delivered one of the best I've ever received, my husband said the same about Eda.

Maria, I really like this salon. I have passed by it many times over the years and never stopped in, but about a year ago I was looking for a new stylist because I had been getting "curly haircuts" and never really felt happy with them. I found Maria at Les Ciseaux salon spa
Maria she understands where I'm coming from. She is very knowledgeable and cuts my hair the way I ask and communicates with me throughout the haircut to make sure I will be happy with it. Blowouts seem to be popular at this salon so I feel at home. LOL Maria is happy to blow dry my hair so I feel good when I leave the salon. She also gives me tips for wearing my hair natural when I choose to. I've never enjoyed going to hair salons because too many times I have left very sad because either the stylist didn't understand my hair and cut it in a way that would be hard to manage or just didn't listen to me at all and cut it however he or she wanted. I enjoy my appointments with Maria and the salon is unpretentious and comfortable. The employees there have always been very welcoming and friendly. My husband took me for a couples massage for my birthday in November, apparently my masseuse had an emergency and had to leave. Another lady stepped right up and did my massage. My message therapist, Kelly, recently moved to Les Ciseaux from her prior location, The Met, after its owner decided to close the spa and expand their apparel offerings. This was my first time at the new location. I was welcomed warmly when I walked in, and the gentleman offered me water and escorted me from the salon into the spa area. The waiting room is very cozy. Kelly, as always, gave me a great massage. Unlike other spas I have been to, when we start on my back, she puts hot towels under the sheet for my back which really loosens up the muscles. My daughter asked to have a mommy and me mani/pedi so when we ventured over to St. Armand’s Circle, we hoped we would find a place to be able to accommodate us. I asked a saleswoman at the Tommy Bahama shop across the street and she referred us to Les Ciseaux. As we ventured up the charming staircase to the second floor of the shops then entered the front doors to the salon, I was immediately created with smiles and genuine politeness. Customer service was top notch! We were able to book appointments, together, for an hour later. So we ate a quick bite then headed back to have our pamper. My daughter is young, almost ten, and wanted tips put on her nails. I was hesitant because I don’t get my nails done. But Paola took such great care of her and her precious hands. She was engaging and talked with her the whole time, she’s not only amazing at her job but also just a really nice person. Paola listened to my daughter’s idea she had for our matching manicures, and brought it to life. She made my daughter’s day! Adriana provided my mani/pedi and although I opted not to get tips, she was able to get my nails looking just like my daughter’s vision. Again, I never treat myself so I trusted Adriana to choose my toe color and I am in LOVE. The manager even came over to snap a few pictures of my daughter’s nails on a pretty background, which made this time even more special for her. I can’t recommend this wonderful place enough. And it was pristine; not a spec of dust or dirt for the eye to see. Take yourself and the other loves in your life to this salon and get a memorable experience together. Elizabeth Caruso has been cutting my hair for a few years now and I’m always in love with the results!! Brittney takes her time to understand exactly what you are looking for and then makes sure she delivers on every single strand of hair. She is a perfectionist. Be prepared to be in the chair for a minute & also for the mass of compliments on how great your hair looks when you leave. I had another great experience with Dawn at Les Ciseaux Salon today. I am a natural red head, so when I started going gray, I really was worried that no one would be able to match my natural color.

Did I mention that I also have waist length curly hair? So 3/4 is natural and 1/4 had to be dyed to match, plus any new growth.

I tried a few other places with no success.

Then I found Dawn at Le Ciseaux. She has done a wonderful job every time! By wonderful, I mean I look totally natural.

The place itself is light, airy, beautiful and meticulously clean. Everyone is gracious and welcoming and knows their job.

I have back issues and cannot stay with my neck back for very long. The amazing Maria washes out all the product so gently, I never have a problem....more

We came in and my mom wasn’t added to the appointment like she was supposed to be, BUT NO WORRIES because they were immediately accommodating and made it happen. I recently visited Les Ciseaux for a mani/pedi with my friend, on vacation. Friday, 3/26. We were seeking a relaxing, luxurious, spa experience and were not disappointed! I lucked out and was immediately greeted by Paola. We were a perfect match! We immediately clicked. She was happy, warm, welcoming, and she has absolutely gorgeous hair! I was offered a variety of drinks, I chose an herbal iced tea as I settled into my pedi chair.
I am generally a barefooted person, so she had her work cut out for her and didn’t flinch. She scrubbed and massaged and exfoliated up to my knee. She took her time with my toes and I chose a neutral shellac polish. I will never ever not use shellac, I absolutely loved it. Even now, almost 2 weeks later, my toes and feet look brand new! After, my pampering, I slipped my Birkenstock’s back on and moved to the manicure area. Conversation with Paola was easy, she is very personable and kind. She’s a fellow cat mom :) She resides in Sarasota, a long-time dream, but is a native of New Jersey and was well versed with local info. We talked about all kinds of stuff, and again, she worked her magic on my working hands and I feel brand new. I will be back in Sarasota soon and plan on visiting her again! I highly suggest meeting Paola Herrera, she is very skilled and such a kind and genuine person, a true asset to the spa.
We also got massages this day and went to a different spa simply due to timing. Sadly, it was a total disappointment. I didn’t get to try the massage at Les Ciseaux, but the massage area is lovely and inviting. I will also be trying massage there on my next visit!!...more

What a great salon! I had Brazilian Keratin treatment done by Stacy. I'm used to my keratin treatments not lasting, but this time it's been over 3 months and I can say my hair hasn't looked this healthy in years. Not only was Stacy professional, she was a pleasure to deal with. I recommend this salon highly, it's in a wonderful location and the staff is very nice.
